The CS4 version of Adobe Premiere Pro can't be purchased anymore. You will either have to buy CS6 or CC versions. The CS6 version will cost you 799 $ and it can be purchased from the official website. The CC version is available as a cloud subscription and it can be purchased per month or per year as prepaid for 240 $. Visit the Plans page to find out more about this. Additionally, you also have the possibility to download a trial version of the software.
You need to use 2d3 application to export to a format supported by the Premiere Pro. You will be exporting the final product with visual edits applied. It's recommended to use MPEG files.
